Mayor was great. He took the time to research he found the issue ,communicated what we had to get done and finished the job quickly!
My AC capacitor suddenly stopped working last night, and in desperate need to have it fixed immediately before the heat wave began today. Thankfully, I came across McDaniel Service, Inc. I was able to schedule an appointment last night for later on today; the scheduler called me this morning and offered me a spot for 10am! Mr. Steve Orellana was the technician who serviced my AC unit and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and showed me what a good capacitor should look like. Steve looked at the HVAC system in my utility room and advised me that everything was working properly. I would absolutely recommend McDaniel Service, Inc. for your HVAC servicing needs; specifically Steve Orellana. A very quick response on this hot day to fix our A/C and restore service and allow our tenants to enjoy their Sunday in a cool and ambient residence.. I had the good fortune o catch up with him as he completed the work and preparing to leave when he provided an update. Thank you very much.. I have more work comingvyour wsy.
Excellent service from Juan Balbuena and McDaniel Service's customer service rep, Stephanie. My emergency service was scheduled and completed very quickly on a Saturday evening. I have never had such positive service experience with an HVAC company.
We've got a refrigerant leak. Juan Balbuena came over, on a four hour window; pretty quick too. In no time flat he had sorted us out. There is more work to do as the leak needs to be sniffed out. The guy knows his stuff. We felt confident regarding his diagnosis and work. Unfortunately I'm less happy about the $500 plus, spent to do a leak test. As I've now learned, these systems are prone to minute leaks so it becomes an endless folly chasing them. Unless the leak is substantial one will not find it. I would have been much happier if McDaniel had led with this information.
McDaniel Service's Juan Balbuena is a pro. He investigated and isolated our issue and fixed the problem!
