I recently scheduled a technician (Juan) to perform HVAC maintenance at my condo. This was my first experience with McDaniel Service and it was excellent. Juan arrived on time and on the earlier side of the 3 hour window I was provided at the time of scheduling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what he was seeing in my HVAC unit. I was informed of what would need replacement in the near future and was not upsold on unnecessary work. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated this! I also appreciated the reminder and arrival texts to my phone. Definitely recommend McDaniel (and Juan!). I will be a returning customer for future condo maintenance needs.
Daniel Hopkins did an excellent job replacing (again) the heat pump's compressor and testing the system. Everything appears to be working as designed. I have great faith in McDaniel Service, Inc and recommend you to all my friends.
Daniel and Tim did an excellent job of both removing and then reinstalling the HVAC and water heater needed to allow the restoration of the HVAC closet drywall.
The gentleman who came was wonderful.
I never got the invoice - it supposed to be under $300 so it could be much more - McDaniel is awful at sending out invoices- I am left to contest the charges with my credit card company
John was awesome, he got us in on short notice and fixed our hvac problem with out any issues! We really appreciated his help and we recommend him wholeheartedly

Last night power surges interrupted my a/c condenser fan. Turned out to be the capacitor. I was lucky to get a quick turnaround on service from Steve at McDaniel Service, Inc. He was courteous, explained what he was doing, and had it fixed quickly. Great service and I would definitely recommend Steve. Thank you, Steve!
