Pony tail John has always done my inspection on my heating and air. The first time John and I met , was years ago and I got to the lake house about nine or nine thirty. Guess what , no heat, and it was getting down to 7 degrees that night. I called the night number and John was at my home pronto. It was not an easy fix. I suggested I just sit by the fire til morning. No he said not at 7 degrees. After going to Roanoke for parts , I think he finished about 12:30. Now that is going beyond the call of duty.
Tim Brunscheon and David Williams were an excellent team and solved a number of problems creatively and professionally. They were thorough and careful and friendly. Tim has helped us a number of times before and we are always glad to see him. We are enjoying a new hot water heater thanks to them.!

My routine condo inspection of plumbing systems went well. Everything checked out promptly and plumbing leak was effeciently resolved. Pleasant; timely; efficient; and I got a new faucet installed while the other inspector looked at HVAC systems. I will use them again.
John was prompt and provided us with excellent advice for heating and cooling our addition that tied into our main house.
Paul and his team were great. Identified an issue with our HVAC unit and presented us with all the options to make an informed decision. They were able to answer all questions and it was clear they knew their stuff. Very professional and made sure to clean up their work space. Smooth experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
