Outstanding and immediate service! We woke up on a Saturday morning in mid-December to a cold house and started calling around at 8:30 am. McDaniel was the first company that could book us the same day. By 10:00 am their friendly technician, Ryan, had arrived and by 10:30 he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Excellent experience from start to finish!
Over the last six weeks McDaniel Service has performed EIGHT PMs on HVAC systems that our organization owns. Setting the appointments was easy. Reminder texts were sent to me and the tenants the day before the appointments. Texts were sent when the tech was on the way. The techs were always early in the four hour arrival window. The absolute best part is the report provided after the inspection. Categorized by key components with PICTURES. I can recommend McDaniel Service, Inc with the highest satisfaction. Thank you!
