I recently scheduled a technician (Juan) to perform HVAC maintenance at my condo. This was my first experience with McDaniel Service and it was excellent. Juan arrived on time and on the earlier side of the 3 hour window I was provided at the time of scheduling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what he was seeing in my HVAC unit. I was informed of what would need replacement in the near future and was not upsold on unnecessary work. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated this! I also appreciated the reminder and arrival texts to my phone. Definitely recommend McDaniel (and Juan!). I will be a returning customer for future condo maintenance needs.
Daniel Hopkins did an excellent job replacing (again) the heat pump's compressor and testing the system. Everything appears to be working as designed. I have great faith in McDaniel Service, Inc and recommend you to all my friends.
Daniel and Tim did an excellent job of both removing and then reinstalling the HVAC and water heater needed to allow the restoration of the HVAC closet drywall.
Andrew, Cody, Daniel, they just replaced my hvac and water heater system, super great experience with the team and how quick and professional the gentleman were from top to bottom service. I will be using them again in the future if anything goes wrong. Thanks for the all the work they completed.

I have used McDaniel Plumbing several times and on each occasion they have been prompt, thorough, patient and fair. I've never felt that they have tried to overcharge me. I hope their commitment to customer service and communication remains a priority. Najib was our most recent technician.
I had an emergency when y old A/C unit died on me this summer. I needed a fast installation of a quality unit at as good a price as possible. I interviewed six different HVAC vendors and chose McDaniel Service of Lorton VA .....and I could not be happier. Craig Woolls was outstanding to work with, and his installer team led by Juan did a superb job.
I am so used to getting hammered by service providers, and people who could care less about their customer, it is almost stunning to run into a firm like McDaniel, who go out of their way to ensure you are deliriously happy with their service. I cannot recommend this great company highly enough, for all your HVAC needs. I will buy from them again. Five stars from me!

Paul arrived right on time for my scheduled HVAC service. He assessed my unit with attention to detail and gave great explanations on what was going on. He was also familiar with my condo community which made checking the roof system easy. I really appreciate his willingness to explain the context of certain issues and his dedication to address both smaller and larger issues as a whole. My unit is running much better and I will request him for our next service appointment. Thank you!
