I recently scheduled a technician (Juan) to perform HVAC maintenance at my condo. This was my first experience with McDaniel Service and it was excellent. Juan arrived on time and on the earlier side of the 3 hour window I was provided at the time of scheduling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what he was seeing in my HVAC unit. I was informed of what would need replacement in the near future and was not upsold on unnecessary work. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated this! I also appreciated the reminder and arrival texts to my phone. Definitely recommend McDaniel (and Juan!). I will be a returning customer for future condo maintenance needs.
Daniel Hopkins did an excellent job replacing (again) the heat pump's compressor and testing the system. Everything appears to be working as designed. I have great faith in McDaniel Service, Inc and recommend you to all my friends.
Daniel and Tim did an excellent job of both removing and then reinstalling the HVAC and water heater needed to allow the restoration of the HVAC closet drywall.

We have felt so lucky to have found McDaniel right away! We bought a fixer upper and they have been so honest and helpful along the way. They let us know about concerns and the age of our HVAC system and furnace while reminding us that there is no need to fix anything that isn't broken. I never feel pressured into an unnecessary repair. We had some plumbing work done early on and I trust the quality of the work. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and honest.
John Smith came out to take a look at our compressor and condenser issue and provided excellent information and options for us. He was professional, friendly and thorough. I'd highly recommend him to take a look at any heating and air-conditioning issue you have.
Chris found the gas leak very quickly & has already ordered the part.

Great experience with McDaniel HVAC today at my condo. The technician was on time, professional, and did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
