Excellent service. Efficient. Polite. Considerate. Right on time.
In June, we had a pinhole in one of our nearly-70-year-old copper pipes. I called on a Monday morning and McDaniel was able to have a plumber out to deal with it for me within a few hours. Their base hourly rate is fair and reasonable (especially for this area!); the copper pipe is not cheap but that's just what it is. The work was done quickly and tidily and Tim, who came out to help us, cleaned up/caught all the water he could as he cut the line and repaired it. We'll definitely be using McDaniel Service for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Thanks!
In November, we had another pinhole - this time in our crawl space. Tim came out to deal with it for us and was, again, super helpful. McDaniel Service is our go-to plumbing company. Thanks again for the excellent work!
There was a problem with our HVAC unit McDaniel service was called out to look at it. The outside unit coil had become plugged and over pressurized the compressor leading to it overheating. The unit had to be replace due to the damage. The installation of the new system went very well and professionally. There was a problem withe the inside air handler that had to be replaced. They were prompt in response time to the call regarding the problem. The team were professional and courteous while performing the reinstall. I would recommend McDaniel service and will continue to use them for any future repairs or replacements.
Super efficient and did an excellent job. My water heater needed several valves replaced. Najib did a wonderful job explaining everything and resolving my hot water issue! Would highly recommend!

I called McDaniel in panic mode after coming home from an international trip and finding our heat out. I have no way to know how long it was out. Daniel, our technician, arrived right on time and quickly sorted to going with the flow of the weird installation of mini splits in our neighborhood/home. He tested, poked and prodded and thought the issue had been resolved. When he discovered it had not been, he went right back to work and found a problem that could have become dangerous had he not been so thorough. We have heat again! And he gave us great advice for preventive maintenance that our installation company told us wouldn't be necessary. We're very happy and highly recommend McDaniel Service Inc!
