We've got a refrigerant leak. Juan Balbuena came over, on a four hour window; pretty quick too. In no time flat he had sorted us out. There is more work to do as the leak needs to be sniffed out. The guy knows his stuff. We felt confident regarding his diagnosis and work. Unfortunately I'm less happy about the $500 plus, spent to do a leak test. As I've now learned, these systems are prone to minute leaks so it becomes an endless folly chasing them. Unless the leak is substantial one will not find it. I would have been much happier if McDaniel had led with this information.
Had a great experience with them. Needed an HVAC tune-up and they were communicative, timely, and really knowledgeable. Shout out to Mayer who patiently answered my questions about the needed replacement components and updates.

Excellent service from Gesly in repairing my HVAC on a sweltering summer day and from Vanessa in accommodating schedule wise on short notice. Returned recently to install and inspect a new HVAC system, and Mayer did a great job with the latter on another really hot and muggy summer day.
