We've been using McDaniels for years because of their incredible service and packages offered for preventative maintenance. This was our first McDaniel plumbing inspection, done by Chris Johnson. Chris inspected all plumbing fixtures and connections in our unit. He was thorough and answered any questions we had. He also offered a few suggestions for us to keep everything in good working order, including flushing our water heater. All in all, a favorable experience.

After running a series of diagnostics, Steven determined that our furnace needed a new board. He took the time to explain what had happened and why the new board was necessary. He ordered the new board and said he would let us knead soon as it would be able to be installed.

Very professional and diligent work today by Steve, who patiently took the time to investigate the reason our heating system was working only intermittently. We strongly recommend the company because they made our situation a priority and would not stop until the problem was solved.
