He made a phone call and got information from someone with more experience. Now he is going to order it for me!!!! So he made a sale instead of just wasting time!!!!

They were able to schedule estimate appointments quickly and the quote for replacing our hot water heater was very fair, I don't believe we could have done better with any other company. We had the pleasure of having Steve Orellana, service our heating and cooling system, he went above and beyond! He talked to us through everything he performed and spent time explaining how we could improve the cooling upstairs in our townhouse, which has always been a difficulty. Steve was extremely knowledgable, competent, and friendly. It's unusual to find someone so thorough and really helpful. Highly recommended!
