I have had a service contract with McDaniel for several years and have known the Service Manager for 13/14 years including time before he moved to McDaniel as their Service Manager in the Westlake area. John has always been responsive when I needed his help and his knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I would highly recommend McDaniel Service with John at the helm. No change from last year. Excellent!

I recently scheduled a technician (Juan) to perform HVAC maintenance at my condo. This was my first experience with McDaniel Service and it was excellent. Juan arrived on time and on the earlier side of the 3 hour window I was provided at the time of scheduling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what he was seeing in my HVAC unit. I was informed of what would need replacement in the near future and was not upsold on unnecessary work. As a first-time home owner, I appreciated this! I also appreciated the reminder and arrival texts to my phone. Definitely recommend McDaniel (and Juan!). I will be a returning customer for future condo maintenance needs.
