Wow! We were selling our home and the day before going on the MLS the AC died. My husband was convinced we were going to need a new unit. Mc Daniel's sent a tech out within a few hours. Paul arrived and in fifteen minutes had diagnosed the problem informing my husband it could definitely be fixed and the unit still had a good lifespan left. He was professional and extremely thorough in explaining the issue. Paul fixed the problem quickly, and his friendly demeanor even impressed my husband. He never once complained about the extensive rose bushes that were cutting him. As a director in a large firm we would love to have more coworkers like Paul on our team. Thanks McDaniel!
I've been a member for more than a year and it's well worth the very reasonable cost. It completely alleviates my need to worry about maintenance, scheduling is easy, and they never push additional work on me. When they do recommend preventative maintenance, it seems like good value in that they are low cost preventative improvements that I can understand how they extend the lifecycle of my unit.
Also, all of their staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. A real joy to have around the house.

Chris Johnson is my hero. He is awesome. He answered all my questions and educated me. He installed an ADA compliant commode same day helping me In my recovery. Then he installed a tub safety bar. I am confident his work is the highest quality and would not hesitate to recommend him. Thanks Chris

I contacted McDaniel Service in Lorton to fix a broken spigot in the backyard. Mr Nabil Kabiri showed up on time and provided an accurate diagnosis of the problem and explained the best case and worst case scenarios. I could tell he is experienced in his tradecraft (master technician) and expertly removed a broken outer part, sawed off an inner part and made a replacement with a new part which he conveniently had available in his truck.
I mention this because a previous plumbing company diagnosed the same issue and confidently stated that the drywall inside the basement behind the spigot needed to be breached for the entire part to be replaced. This would have taken hundreds of dollars, scheduling of multiple contractors etc.
Thanks to Mr Nabil's expertise, the spigot got fixed with minimal cost and time. Great work!
In addition, McDaniel Service installed a new water heater and the work was performed as expected. Chris Johnson arrived on time and attempted to restart the older model water heater, which did not respond. I decided to get a new water heater. Chris worked effectively with his supervisor to get a new water heater and completed the installation the same day! Great teamwork!
