John Smith has been my HVAC man for many years and he has done a fantastic job for me.
They did a good job on my toilet
They arrived early and were very informative. Not only did they fix the problem, they gave us a thorough explanation for preventing it from happening again and other very worthwhile bits of information.
They scheduled the work right away. Met our manager on site on the appointed hour got the work done no ifs and's or but's! :-)

I called John Smith the Senior HVAC Tech Saturday and said my furnace was making a strange noise. He said he could be there today or Monday at 9 am. I said Monday would be good. He should up at 9 and within the hour he fixed the problem. I would highly recommend John.
Our Heat pump maintenance was taken care of by Johnny Robertson for many, many years and he passed away suddenly a few months ago.
We were looking for someone to take care of our heat pump needs so we checked with friends and Carolyn Crowe recommended John. We called him and he came out right away and checked our unit. He was very professional and we will certainly use him in the future.
