Our technician (John) provide all of this plus peace of mind, not to mention leaving the job site cleaner than he found it. I will personally be contacting them for all my future a/c needs. Mr. Najib Kabiri was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough in his inspection. With 28 years of plumbing experience, he clearly knew what he was looking at and took the time to carefully trace the piping and explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand.
I especially appreciated that he did not rush through the visit. He examined the situation independently, answered my questions, and documented his findings clearly. He was also very courteous and respectful in my home.
I would gladly recommend Mr. Kabiri to anyone looking for an experienced and trustworthy plumbing professional.
Believe the hype. We recently moved into a house that needed A LOT of work. After 3 quotes, McDaniel had the best scope at the best price. The team of Tim (who was here for 1.5 days worth of work), Daniel (here for a day), and Wil were absolute rockstars. The job was very difficult but they got it done professionally and efficiently. I appreciated that when something seemed odd/was gonna be more work/expensive- they asked for a second opinion instead of just going on with the more expensive route. The second opinion came from Wil who drove down, offered a different solution to one of the issues, and saved me thousands.
Tim, Dan, and Will essentially modernized the plumbing of our home. If you need a plumber- go with these guys!

Steve was very nice as he did my HVAC inspection. Talked a bit while he worked but not too much and pointed out key things about what he was doing. Also answered questions well and completely. He also provided details in the report and photos.
