Over the last six weeks McDaniel Service has performed EIGHT PMs on HVAC systems that our organization owns. Setting the appointments was easy. Reminder texts were sent to me and the tenants the day before the appointments. Texts were sent when the tech was on the way. The techs were always early in the four hour arrival window.
