We've got a refrigerant leak. Juan Balbuena came over, on a four hour window; pretty quick too. In no time flat he had sorted us out. There is more work to do as the leak needs to be sniffed out. The guy knows his stuff. We felt confident regarding his diagnosis and work.

I called McDaniels about our hot water heater this morning and they were here successfully completing the work within an hour or two. Hekmat fixed the issue and gave us a fair estimate for a new water heater with more capacity.
McDaniel has been taking care of our wall mounted mini split system since 2023. We had an emergency in 2023 and they fixed it in 24 hours- especially impressive given few people in this area are willing to work on these systems. Since then we've inspections twice a year and today a thorough cleaning of the critical internal parts. Paul and Mayer are outstanding! Mayer especially was incredibly detail oriented and helped me fix something very simple. Kitty Reagan, our bossy senior cat, was terribly displeased with the lack of treats dispensed by both gents and we had a good laugh about that. I trust these folks with my home and don't hesitate to recommend them.
