Great Job!
John was wonderful to work with. Came in an emergency, diagnosed the problem and put us at ease. Very happy with his service.
My Air Conditioning System was not cooling the Bedrooms. I called on Friday afternoon, and Alex (dispatcher) immediately sent over Daniel, who came an hour later and fixed the problem. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and effective!
I've had a contract for years through American Water Resources. Throughout those years when I had covered plumbing issues, they would send whomever they decided. I wasn't really happy with those company's work or some of their employees.
One day several years ago I had an incident and they sent McDaniels Services. I was extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism.
A week ago I had a stopped up bath tub drain. I called American Water Resources and told them I only wanted McDaniels Services in my house to do the job.
McDaniels Services came on time, did a great job, and cleaned up everything.
This is how ALL service companies should work.
