We just had our heating system checked ahead of the upcoming winter season. Juan was thorough, checking the boiler and all radiators to ensure they were heating up appropriately. He answered all our questions with clear, detailed explanations of what he was checking and what he found.
He was followed by Chris, who performed a thorough plumbing check. He found several items and recommended easy fixes we could take care of ourselves. Chris also answered all our questions with clear and detailed explanations.
