I highly recommend McDaniel Service for servicing AC, heating and plumbing needs. Always professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most recently with Chris Johnson, who remedied my toilet issues and this week for my heating inspection with Paul Strawderman who also gave me excellent advice. And pricing is fair and reasonable compared to other companies.
The tech Gesly was on time, respectful, gave me options for a problem with a really old PTAC heat pump.

Our condo requires an every-two-year inspection of systems in each unit. We again requested Tim from McDaniels, a technician we have requested previously for replacement of our garbage disposal and prior inspection. Great service again!! This year Hekmat Bikzad did the inspection of our unit, and again the service was excellent.
