The time spent with McDaniel Service, Inc was a great experience! From making the appointment, to them arriving on time and doing a fantastic job. I had no issues with the work and their team was very transparent on the cost and time to complete the job. They left with the area worked in cleaner than it was prior to starting the work. They replaced two faucets and four shut off valves. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and would highly recommend their services.

Quick and prompt service, friendly but didn't discuss price before service. I asked for a disconnect of the oven (gas line) and while I appreciate the safety of capping the pipe the cost was not mentioned before. I didn't even know the cost of the service call, but that's more on me.

I recommend this company but don't be like me and ask about cost!

Update: the owner came by and personally installed an access panel. I appreciate the follow up.

Original review:
I was required by by home owners association to get my water shut off valve replaced. The recommended these guys because most people in my development used them for the service. I thought everything was done well except for the fact that they left a hole for which I cannot find an access panel to fit. Now I have to get a handy man to do what I could have done if they had only cut a hole with dimensions for a standard snap in access panel. I called about this a few days later and they said it was not their problem and they only had to do the replacement. Dismissive, uncaring, unprofessional.
