Jaun of McDaniel Service Inc, is a true professional and someone that I always use and highly reccomend regarding any HVAC issues you may have and regardless of the manufacturer, he will get it running as new, thank you Juan for all you do.
Original post (fall 2024): Great to be back working with McDaniel again. The cost of their annual maintenance plan was more affordable than many others in the area and offered equivalent perks. Appointment was easy to schedule. Technician was on-time, respectful of my home, and super informative.
Update (5/23/25): Was great to have Juan and Mayer out today for my annual spring HVAC tune-up. They were extremely nice gents, took plenty of time explaining everything they saw in the system to me, and left me feeling confident about my HVAC heading into summer.
Chris also returned to my house today for a water heater flush. He's incredibly thorough and I know I can count on him to keep my whole system running great!
Update (6/6/25): When my compressor died, McDaniel was quick to respond and Mayer was out the next day. Part was under warranty and he was thorough with his repair and did a full check of the system to ensure all was back to normal. Great service, once again. ????

Because they give me great service, charge is reasonable most of the time and Paul looked out for me today to save some $$
I called McDaniels about our hot water heater this morning and they were here successfully completing the work within an hour or two. Hekmat fixed the issue and gave us a fair estimate for a new water heater with more capacity.
McDaniel has been taking care of our wall mounted mini split system since 2023. We had an emergency in 2023 and they fixed it in 24 hours- especially impressive given few people in this area are willing to work on these systems. Since then we've inspections twice a year and today a thorough cleaning of the critical internal parts. Paul and Mayer are outstanding! Mayer especially was incredibly detail oriented and helped me fix something very simple. Kitty Reagan, our bossy senior cat, was terribly displeased with the lack of treats dispensed by both gents and we had a good laugh about that. I trust these folks with my home and don't hesitate to recommend them.
