I was very impressed with this gentleman!!! He said they don't work on the machine I have. But instead of leaving he started figuring out how we could replace it. He made a phone call and got information from someone with more experience. Now he is going to order it for me!!!! So he made a sale instead of just wasting time!!!!
HVAC went down early Sunday morning, called McDaniel to schedule someone to get the unit running again. Operator scheduled a technician for tomorrow noon- 4pm. Tech arrived about 3:45, we discussed our needs and showed Gesly where the 2 systems were located. Ten minutes later he had diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price and reminded that I received a discount because I have a contract. System is running great (both units) and Gesly was professional and explained to me other tips to keep the units running.

Wow! Everyone at McDaniel is fabulous. Najib just walked us through a plumbing review to catch problems before they cause water damage. Earlier this summer, I discovered a leaky wash machine hose at 7:30 am. Completely fixed by 9:45 am!!! Thank you for quick and professional service!!

I was suspecting a TXV bad or going bad. The technician, confirmed my theory and pointed me on the right direction. Service on time. All the guys are very professional. Paul always shows a great attitude and knows what he is doing. 10/10.
McDaniel Plumning will be my permanent plumbing/HVAC company. They replaced our hot water heater (it was a pain because our home is very old) and the price included all installation, parts, permit, and take away service for broken hot water heater. A/C condensate pump was replacement was also done very expertly. All three technicians that did work were professional and friendly. Estimates and repair costs are really impressive.
