He was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough in his communication, making sure we understood the problem and the solution every step of the way. John was recommended to me by my neighbor. He did a great job. He responded quickly to my service call and performed a complete inspection of my air conditioning unit. He was kind and respectful and I will be using him to service my AC unit from this point forward.
