Outstanding service -- on time service, professional, and the technician explained everything along the way. Was very easy to schedule, they contacted me when the technician was on the way, and followed up to ensure all my needs were met. Will definitely use them again for HVAC needs.
As usual , McDaniel Service provided excellent service. Our AC stopped working on Satyrday late afternoon. The Technician (Mr. John Smith) came within half an hour of calling him and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part, picked it up and installed it on Monday afternoon. The AC works well now. Mr. Smith was very courteous, prompt and highly professional. We are very satisfied with the services and the cost and would not hesitate to recommend this company and John Smith to others.
