Great experience with McDaniel. We had a HVAC system that failed after only 6 years from a different company. McDaniel was sympathetic to our poor experience with others, showed us what they did to cause the problems and installed a new system that is much quieter and more efficient. You never like spending money on high value home repairs, but if you have to do it then you should do it right. I will be using them for HVAC and plumbing needs going forward.
Jose was a great and honest technician who put in the time effort to figure out the root of our sewer line problem. He determined that our sewer line had become disconnected at the foundation of our home most likely due to settling which is a common issue in our aging neighborhood. We did not go with them for the repair only because we have a sewer line warranty that is covering the exterior and homeowners is covering the interior through any company. 10/10 would recommend McDaniel as well as I know the HVAC company I work for recommends them and uses them in certain instances.

Small operator with a high level of personal service. Super responsive with great follow through. Daren was solid from the first call for help and Gesly is a conscientious tech who got me back up in running in no time. As a first time customer they have given me confidence that I will be able to rely on them for all my future HVAC needs.

While only in our second year since moving to the area, we have been very pleased with the service from McDaniel in that time. They were recommended by the previous owner with good reason. John does an excellent job at service, explaining what and why he is doing and knowing us as customers. Highly recommended. This year, John installed a soft start unit to prevent issues with our generator during our semi-annual maintenance checkup. As always, great, knowledgeable, neighborly service!

Plumber was punctual, efficient and helpful. He provided me with the information to fix a minor problem on my own and quickly fixed the shower.
