I had McDaniel install my HVAC system 3+ years ago but had forgotten to have it inspected for over a year. I called and was scheduled for that same day. That afternoon the technician, Paul. arrived, did a thorough inspection, and offered the one time inspection price or a service agreement, which I chose.
McDaniel is as good as I've seen for a service company. They have my best recommendation.
Technician arrived on time and was very respectful of my property. His personality was very friendly. Service was done promptly. I recommend the contract agreement with this company because everything's taken care of, pricewise, where's my maintenance check ups

Chris was very helpful and professional. He explained all that was going on and what he was doing. He left the area as clean as he had found it. Our toilet was not draining as quickly as it should and had not been for quite some time. At this point it is better than it was but not as well as we would like it. All potential issues were checked out and at this point the solution will be a new toilet. Pricing was very reasonable and we are very thankful.

The installation for a ball washer was great! The guys did and excellent job on the plumbing and electrical! Darren was great he was on site all the time until the work was done that is a plus on my book!! Thank you for the service!
