Tech Steve has been great to work with. It is a rental property and I am not on site. Steve has called and texted photos/videos to show what he has seen and/done. He even returned a phone call after he was done and off the clock. McDaniel as a company continues to be accommodating with the scheduling as well.

I called McDaniels about our hot water heater this morning and they were here successfully completing the work within an hour or two. Hekmat fixed the issue and gave us a fair estimate for a new water heater with more capacity.
Came out to provide estimate. He assessed and phoned me afterwards to provide full report as well as key recommendations that saved me from wasted work that I thought I needed. Extremely knowledgeable, clear communication and patient!
