Steve was great! He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and repaired the condenser. He also spent time to make suggestions on how to manage the indoor temperature with our two zone system. I appreciate that HVAC companies are busy right now but we were scheduled within 24 hours after calling.
Paul S is a great troubleshooter--he took the time and effort to find the underlying problem, which saved us a ton of money, and, more importantly, actually solved the problem! Great work!

My AC capacitor suddenly stopped working last night, and in desperate need to have it fixed immediately before the heat wave began today. Thankfully, I came across McDaniel Service, Inc. I was able to schedule an appointment last night for later on today; the scheduler called me this morning and offered me a spot for 10am! Mr. Steve Orellana was the technician who serviced my AC unit and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly identify the problem and showed me what a good capacitor should look like. Steve looked at the HVAC system in my utility room and advised me that everything was working properly.
