I don't usually post reviews, but I'd like to share my recent experience with McDaniel Service, Inc. and Hekmat Bikzad (plumber) and his team, who installed my new water heater in Sept '25. These guys are prompt, fast, efficient, and truly top-notch in their field. I had an issue with my water heater on Wednesday, and Thursday a brand-new water heater was installed. We've used McDaniel Svcs for years now, both at our primary home and at other properties, and they just keep getting better every time. The work is always done right the first time, consistently. Highly recommend them; keep up the good work guys! -Chris
Mr. Hekmat Bikzad was very patient and he fixed the leak coming from the ice maker and was able to give me advise about future repairs.
Paul came out and did an inspection for us! Very knowledgeable and taught us about our unit. Also wasn't pushy about having a service contract but offered it when there was a need for add'l services. Thanks Paul!
Tim was great! He was so detailed and diligent. I knew exactly what the cost would be before he started and he explained everything so clearly. I feel confident that the work we had done will last.
Absolutely fantastic experience. They worked us in the schedule immediately, and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I made the decision on the spot that McDaniel would have my business from here on out.
HVAC went down early Sunday morning, called McDaniel to schedule someone to get the unit running again. Operator scheduled a technician for tomorrow noon- 4pm. Tech arrived about 3:45, we discussed our needs and showed Gesly where the 2 systems were located. Ten minutes later he had diagnosed the problem, quoted me a price and reminded that I received a discount because I have a contract. System is running great (both units) and Gesly was professional and explained to me other tips to keep the units running.
Technician was very knowledgeable, he arrived on time.
