Paul came today to install a thermostat at our home in Fairfax. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to explain how the device works. He was respectful of our home- wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself.

Called this morning and was told they'd send someone in the late afternoon. They called back and said they had an earlier opening. It's now noon and everything is fixed! Super happy with the service.
Very helpful - helped resolve urgent leak with prompt response
I had an emergency call. Well actually I seen Cody in the neighborhood (late afternoon) and flagged him down. Asked if he could look at my unit. He said he had a client he need to go see first but could stop by afterwards just call the office dispatch. Well Cody showed up and instantly did his diagnostics and I was up and running. AC back blowing cold. Luckily he had the part (capacitor) on hand. He even took the time to show me how to troubleshoot and fix if it happens again. As he explained with the high temps, blowing the capacitors are common. Quick service and a friendly young man. The biggest point; the price was fair for an emergency call.
We have been very grateful for their responsiveness for regular checks as well as emergency. Their work is done with care and specialist always willing to answer questions and explain. Kindness is appreciated too. Last person who came, Paul Strawderman was thorough, careful in checking what might be problem. He explained everything. Hekmat Bikzad did plumbing check and gave some excellent advice. Always kind and respectful and open to questions of every sort. THANK YOU again.
