The elevator rooms at Centre Park at Stone Ridge needed their own temperature control instead of relying on the building’s main HVAC system.

The heat pump installation served a different part of the property and required a more traditional ducted setup.

Our team installed the indoor air handler, connected it to the existing ductwork, and set the outdoor heat pump unit in place. From there, we ran the refrigerant lines between the two components, completed the condensate drainage, and connected the electrical components and controls.

Once the system was in place, we checked the airflow through the ductwork and tested both heating and cooling operation to make sure the system was responding properly.

Unlike the mini-splits used for the elevator rooms, this heat pump works through ductwork to condition a larger area.
